Do I Choose the menu or does Fritto Misto design one for me?
You can have as much or as little input as you like.  Before the date of your dinner or meal, we will visit you at home.

What about special dietary needs?
Any dietary needs or allergies will be discussed and solved during consultation prior to event itself

Whose equipment do you use?
Fritto Misto we bring any specialist equipment with us on the day.

Whose crockery do you use?
Arrangements can be made if you require special crockery or cutlery for the occasion or use your own.

Do you cook on-site or is the food pre-prepared?
We will prepare some items prior to arrival, depending on the menu. Only the freshest ingredients are used but some items will need to be cured or marinate beforehand.

Who provides the wine or alcohol?
Fritto Misto can provide both at an extra cost

Who provides the groceries?
All food stuffs will be purchased by Fritto Misto

Are there any additional costs aside from those stated?
Champagne , cognac and extra waiting staff will incur additional charges. Fritto Misto will provide you with a quote stating the full cost of the services you have requested.

How do I book?
Simply get in touch with Fritto Misto  via e-mail or the telephone number provided and we can arrange a time for a consultation. If you decide to go ahead with the event, bookings can be made at the time of the consultation or by e-mail at a later time or date.

How much will it cost?
A full quote will be presented to you after consultations.

What about travel costs?
Reasonable travel costs will be paid by the client outside Dumfries and Galloway

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, this will be 10 % of your bill price and must be placed at the time of booking.

What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations made a full seven days prior to the event will receive a full refund of deposit.
Cancellations made later, will unfortunately lose their deposit in full.

Can I change any of the details of the booking at the last minute?
Yes, up until two days before the event.

How and when do I pay?
The remaining balance must be paid in full on the conclusion of the event.
