All our Pork comes from Littles the only pork dedicated butcher in Dumfries and Galloway.
All our beef and lamb is Scottish or UK and we use,
Buccleuch Foods as well as Castle Douglas based butchers.
Much of our Cheeses are from The Loch Arthur Creamery & Farm Shop in Beeswing. as well as scotland and Ireland.
The Farm Shop at Loch Artur has won many awards for its cheeses and other products and plays an important part in the life of the people of the Camphill Village Trust.
We use all local suppliers for our fish such as: Ferry Fish.
