In the six years we owned the Unicorn we were delighted to recieve many awards,
some of which are listed below.

In 2000 I bought, refurbished and opened The Unicorn Restaurant, Kinkardine, Fife completing my education as the restaurant Chef Proprietor.

Over the years I've worked with or attended classes with, Anton Edelmann, Madhur Jaffry, Paul Heathcote, Ken Hom, Cyrus Todiwala MBE, Rick Stein and Willie Pike MBE to name but a few.

In 1999/2000 I was the executive chef for the opening of the Scottish Parliment
